"OBX" is my shorthand for Open Box, which saves you a lot of money for a new PC! Unlike a used computer or components--which themselves are often amazing quality and value--open-box items are just ones someone bought and may have opened up (or not!) and then brought back to the store (Most of the time, all manufacturer warranties STILL apply! Great!) Why were the components returned? Maybe the first purchaser got that monster, triple-fan graphics card and got home and realized it was too long for their case. Or maybe they decided they didn't have time to build their PC after all. Or they remembered rent was due. Sometimes they had trouble during setup, and simply did not know (and didn't want to waste their time learning) the 'back-way in' to get around Microsoft's constant BS during installation (That's right Microsoft--I said it). Rest assured ALL my builds have been burned-in, stress tested, and both synthetic and real-world benchmarked for performance and looks, saving you any headaches down the road.
